Festival Conditions

Information within the program is correct at time of publication, but is subject to change. We reserve the right to withdraw, change and replace programs/ dates/ times/ appearances without notice.

All festival films are restricted to persons 18 years of age and over unless specified. This relates to the censorship requirements of holding a Film Festival, as set by the Classification Board, and is not necessarily a reflection of the content of the films themselves.

We anticipate that door sales will be available for most sessions, however this cannot be guaranteed. Patrons are recommended to purchase tickets in advance in order to avoid disappointment. Please collect pre-booked tickets 30mins prior session commencement time to avoid queues. All sessions will commence as per the advertised screening time.

Movie coupons, venue promotions and other free ticket offers are not valid for festival screenings unless it is stated as a part of the Japanese Film Festival.

Festival tickets, once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be refunded or replaced.

All films featured are in Japanese with English subtitles, unless otherwise specified.
