How much are tickets?

Are children’s tickets available?

Children’s tickets are not available. However, concession tickets will be accepted.

I haven’t received my E-Ticket after booking online. Where can I find it?

If you haven’t received your E-Ticket after making an online booking, make sure to double check your junk inbox as sometimes Palace emails may default to this inbox.

You can search your junk inbox for no-reply@palacecinemas.com.au.

If you are still unable to locate your E-Ticket, please call the cinema directly and they will be able to confirm your booking. A full list of Palace Cinema contacts can be found at www.palacecinemas.com.au/cinemas

Film Screenings

Is there an age restriction on any of the movies?

Classifications and age restrictions are available on the individual film pages on our website, as well as our program booklet.

Will the films be screened in Japanese with English subtitles?

Yes, all films will be screened in Japanese with English subtitles unless otherwise specified on the relevant film page or in our program booklet.

Will there be school screenings as part of JFF this year?

Unfortunately, JFF School Screenings will not be taking place this year.

However, Palace Cinemas do take group bookings if you are keen on bringing your students to our film screenings. Please book via their website here.

Why isn’t JFF coming to Adelaide this year?

At this point in time due to funding and other constraints, we are unable to offer an in-person film screening in Adelaide.
